Gholam Hossein Amirkhani was born in Taleghan in 1318 After finishing the elementary school, he worked for some time on the market. Then he began to learn the style of the line and with great interest in the field of art. Professor Amirkhani was recruited to the calligraphy from the year 1340 in the whole of fine arts. From other businesses he can be referred to the management of the Association of Calligraphers in Iran, the management of the Arasbaran Cultural Center. Gholam Hossein Amirkhani learned calligraphy in the hands of professors such as Seyed Hossein Mirkhani and Seyyed Hassan. In addition, he trained and wrote examples from professors such as Miyamad Al-Hassani, Mirza'i Kalhor, Imadolaktab, Ali Akbar Kaveh and others. For many years, teaching and training in the Association of Calligraphers of Iran is featured in the activities of the Academy of Sciences. Professor Amirkhani has a strong and uncompromising hand in writing Nastaliq's line. Membership in the Supreme Council of Iranian Artists House is one of her other activities in the field of art.
