This book is rewritten based on a story of “Kalila and Dimna”. The story is about a tourist who sees a goldsmith, a tiger, a snake and a monkey trapped in a snare. He makes them free; then the animals tell him not to trust the goldsmith, because he tried to betray his own brother. The tourist comes back there after a year. Each one of those animals tries to do something nice for him, but the goldsmith has other plans…

Seyyed Mahdi Shojaei in 1960 in Tehran. He is an active author, novelist, journalist and screenwriter. He focused more on fiction and wrote many short and long story in children and adolescent literature and religious literature. He also has worked as a screenwriter and several films were made from his screenplays in television and cinema. Shojaee has effective activities in the field of journalism, too.
