A lovely and kind grandfather is the main character of this book. His grandchild narrates this story for the readers. The granddad likes to make everybody happy with his deeds but due to his poor eye-sighted eyes, he always ruins things and makes everybody surprised and the grandmother furious. At the end of the book, the young grandchild solves a big problem while the interferences of the adults make things a little more difficult and longer.

Seyyed saeed Hashemi was born on the 26th of Jan. 1974 in Qom. He is the writer and poet of children's books. He is among a few contemporary poets active in the field of children and adolescent comedy. Some of his books like "Sparrows' Poet" was translated into English. Hashemi has been working in many magazines of children and adolescent as an editor and he has won many prizes.
