This story is narrated from the viewpoint of a very naughty and cheeky boy named Mohsen. These two characteristics of Mohsen besides his gluttonousness made a lot of problems for him on many occasions and caused very funny situations for him, funny situations that are both sensible and believable for addresses as these situations and events are being taken place in the historical bed of contemporary decades of our country. These events are really memorable. “Pistachio Candy” takes place in the beginning of 1991. “Pistachio Candy” is a funny novel that made you smile and you can be sure that the reading of this book is sweet for you as you put a candy I n your mouth. Its writer, Mehrdad Sedghi, tried to make his readers experience an instance of Farsi sweet comedy and love the book and its characters and take a little of the burden of their daily issues away from their shoulders.
