This book describes the life, thoughts and works of Mehdi Akhavan Saleh. In this book, the author has tried to present a clear and comprehensive picture of this great poet by referring to the poems, articles and dialogues of the Brotherhood, and by referring to the materials that others have been told or written about him. In addition to describing the life and critical review of the philosophical and social beliefs of the Brotherhood, this book examines his poetry in the context of social change in Iran from the 1930s to the 60s. The review of the book of the poetry of the Brotherhood from the aesthetic point of view and its relation to Nima Yushij's poetry theories and the important role of the Brotherhood in the development and enhancement of Persian poetry is one of the other issues discussed in this book.

Mehdi Akhavan-Saleh (M. Omid) is one of the greatest poets of the Persian language. He went on to follow the path that began with Nima, bringing the poem to a glorious summit.
