A writer goes to the forest to write his new story. A cheetah cub is lost and then it turns out that the humans have taken him to a zoo. The cub’s mother is very sad and the animals decide to do the same with the humans. They catch the writer and other people and lock them in cages. Everyday, the animals go watching the humans inside the cages. The writer sends a letter to town asking them to free the animals. When the animals in the zoo are released, their friends in the forest free the humans as well.

Author About:

Ahmad Akbarpour, writer, was born in Fars province in 1970 and got his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Shahid Beheshti University in Tehran. He now resides in Shiraz and collaborates with Fars Network, the provincial state-owned television there. In his stories, Akbarpour deals with themes such as fear, loneliness, and peace.The most distinguishing characteristic of his works is their humor, which makes his writings captivating and agreeable. Akbarpour, who is always on the lookout for new and different elements, is thus able to look at his subject from a different perspective in some of his works and pull the reader’s imagination along. He has also had the experience of rewriting some old legends. Some of his works are translated into English, German, Korean, Italian, and Arabic.
