Frog Man
Frog Man is a novel about Iran-Iraq war written by Farkhondeh Haghsheno, a contemporary Iranian writer. The main character of the Fog Man is a 14 years old girl who is the head of her family and should work hard due to her father's absence. His father is one of the dives martyred in the war, but the girl and her mother have waited for seven years until they realize that the enemy has shot all the divers in their squad. Apart from the attractive literary style especially for teenage readers, the character’s quest and revelation of truth reveals the reality of life and the importance of endurance and success.

Farkhondeh Haghsheno, 1961-
She is one of the contemporary Iranian novelist, short story writer, literary critic and referee who has B.A in Library and information systems. Haghsheno works reflects the ordinary aspects of real life combined with some sort of stream of consciousness in style and character revelation in content. Most of her works are written for teenage and adolescent readers especially those of short stories. She has been selected for the Story Criticism Festival in 2011 and praised in the same event in 2010; some of her works are: Eylin (collected short stories), 2018; Nightmare, 2009; I, with no picture, 2016; Apathetic naked men, 2013; Amirali and the global village (collected short stories), 2013
