The present work is considered one of complete sets in the field of understanding Wahhabism. The author who is one of the most prolific authors in discussion about Sunnis, Wahhabism in particular, could criticize and review Wahhabism’s opinions and thoughts in addition to historical discussions and by an emphasis on several valid narrative and historical resources for this sect, he could generate a valuable collection. The work consists of three sections and different chapters: “Past And Present” including the intellectual and behavioral history of Wahhabism during the first centuries of Islam; “Exces And Negligence” including discussions opposed to Prophet Mohammad’s (PBUH) tradition, hostility with Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) and Ahl-e-Bait, excommunication of Muslims, terrorism, violence, …, and “beliefs” including verbal discussions such as simile and incarnation, invocation, etc. Fluent and scholarly criticism of contents is another feature of the book.
