Nowadays, western Islamophobia is an undeniable policy of a part of the American European civilization. It is a plural phenomenon derived from intersection of humanistic western aggressive features during modern era. Key concepts such as western fundamentalist secularism, orientalism, xenophobia, and racism are among important concepts used to explain western Islamophobia policy. The authors of the book “Western Islamophobia Phenomenon” have discussed the concepts and the relevant proofs by theoretical, social, cultural, and socio-cultural approaches. In the introduction section, it is suggested that: this book is not only a research on Islamophobia since it elaborated issues such as secularism sociology, orientalism tradition, colonialism era, the crusades, racism and western ethnocentrism, and mainstreaming far-right extremist groups. In fact, to analyze western Islamophobia it opened a window towards “Occidentalism” from a certain angle. The book consists of 7 chapters.
