Political philosophy is a kind of knowledge discussing desirabilities of human beings’ political life and adopts a rational method and approach to this matter; it also seeks to explain “The Best Social Life”, “The Best Political Regime”, “The Best Social Interaction” and “The Best Goals of Political Life”. On the contrary to other knowledge and political sciences’ orientations the political philosophy distances itself from the routines of the political science, objectivism of the political sociology, and particularism of the political Fiqh and adopts a general, permanent, supra time approach to the political life. This book has organized the political philosophy of Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei based on filling in a questionnaire i.e. it has answered twenty fundamental questions in six general pivot points: the method of understanding the principles of political philosophy, relations of the personal and social life and the fact of citizenship, the position of the government and leadership, and the final and ideal orientations in political philosophy. An important feature of this book is that the writer has paid attention to intellectual innovations, new literature, and loyalty to philosophy’s nature through connecting the theoretical foundations with scientific systems, and also the comprehensiveness of the subject and dimensions of the political philosophy are observed. It has been tried to be brief and to the point in presenting the many thoughts of Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei.
