Museums , throughout history have been always the center of manifestation of mores and traditions and cultural traditions of various nations, and today they have got high importance in four historical, scientific, educational and recreational roles. The book, "Tehran, the City of Museums”, has been written due to the importance of the museums and the purpose of acquaintance with Tehran museums and division purpose based on the 22 regions and also it is for the first time that more than 100 active museums with various properties, including Museums of the Cultural Heritage, Municipal Museums, Private Museums, Institutions, etc., have been gathered and presented in a book.

Farahnaz Yousefi born in Tehran in 1966 and she is a clinical psychologist. Since 1998, she has started writing a book on children and adolescents, and has already published 16 books on children and adolescents, humor, psychology and documentary. She is Manager of Parastooye Sepid publication and Public Publisher and Cultural Ambassador of the blinds, and has published a few books in co-operation with the Institute of Blind Rudaki on the Braille line. Member of the Iranian Psychology Association and the Society of Child and Adult Writers and the Cultural & Artistic Society of publisher womens. She is also a co-author of various publications.
