This deluxe edition of the Divan features the English text at the top of the page with the original Persian text at the bottom. This is an updated translation by Ismail Salami, who has also translated many works of modern Persian poetry into English. This is a facsimile illuminated manuscript and has a watermark in the form of a Persian miniature at the bottom corner of each page of text. Includes 17 Persian miniatures, one depicting the mystical poet himself. The book has a gilt hardcover with dust jacket. Published in Tehran by the Gooya House of Culture and Art in 2003.

Khwāja Shams-ud-Dīn Muḥammad Ḥāfeẓ-e Shīrāzī, known by his pen name Hafez and as "Hafiz", was a Persian poet who "lauded the joys of love and wine but also targeted religious hypocrisy".
