This book is one of the first books written in the field of culture, language, customs and traditions of ancient Iran. This book explores the roots of many terms in ancient Iranian culture and language and carefully examines the various traditions of ancient Iran. In this book he wrote about ancient Iranian beliefs about different myths. He explains about "jashne sade", "yalda", "nourooz" and so on. There are also many images of ancient cultural and article works.
Author About:
Bahram Faroushi was born in Urmia. Bahram Faroushi spent his education in various cities because of his father's unavoidable trips. She completed her undergraduate degree in French at the University of Tehran. While in high school, she translated and published several volumes of stories and poetry collections from French. In the same period he founded a publishing and publishing company called Atashkadeh. Bahram Farouhoshi returned to Iran in 1962 and was appointed Associate Professor of Literature at Tehran University's Faculty of Literature, and spent twenty years teaching Avestan, Persian, Pahlavi, Iranian mythology, ancient script, Iranian dialectology and ancient Iranian civilization. In addition to academic service, Bahram Faroushi contributed to cultural and publishing agencies. For some time he was the translator and publisher of the book, and later took charge of publishing and publishing at the University of Tehran.
