Book About:
"Granny, you're getting smaller!" I whispered in surprise. "Well," said Granny, and then nothing for a long time. From that moment on, something was constantly changing. When hanging up the laundry, Grandma now needs a stool to get on a leash. In her favorite ice cream parlor she needs a pillow to be able to look over the table at all. Her blue bowling shoes slip off her feet. When shopping, I now take over the potato tow and grandma wears the applesauce. And grandma looks at me and is pretty small, but also quite proud.
Inka Pabst wrote a little story about saying goodbye, which goes to the heart and that you really want to pass on.
