Afshin Yadollahi is a distinguished Iranian poet, songwriter and composer born in 1969 who completed his graduate studies with a Ph.D. in Psychiatry. He is the country’s most successful song writer since the success of the Islamic Revolution in Iran. His works are lasting contributions to every genre including pop, classical and traditional Iranian music. Afshin Yadollahi has contributed to numerous radio and television programs and to Iranian feature films in abundance. His works also have been translated and published in Russian and French.
