Undoubtedly, a book of The Moments of Remedy is one of the most precious books of an ancient medicine's knowledge not so far away, which was set down by a learned medicine man and valid scientist. This book is extracted from several scientific experiences of an author within the medical treatments. In other words, the authors have provided an expansive collection of their practical and theoretical instructions and learning throughout lifelong years within this book. Some instructions correspond to an assemblage of survival heritage such as the medical learning of Iran, Greece, and Islam. In his book, some common universal matters of the ancient medicine were gathered by the author that means a recognition and treatment of diseases, a variety of drugs, and a way of their preparation. It can be probably mentioned that The Moments of Remedy, designated as a primary book that was inscribed by the scientific and scholarly author through a variety of knowledge of its own current time, specifically the unofficial sciences. Moreover, it has the direct experiences of the author. Pilgrim Muhammad Karim-Khan Kermani, was a scarce pearl of that era, and was cunning in many fields of the practical and theoretical scholarship, and possessed remarkable canons. In addition of guiding one of the well-known and authentic branches in the Shiah religion, means the Shiekhiyeh )), he was clear-sighted in a diversity of sciences include jurisprudence, anecdote, interpretation, speech, theology, philosophy, mysticism, musician, and mathematics . . . , and created several wonderful works. Pilgrim Muhammad Karim-Khan Kermani spent his education in Iran and Iraq, but deliberately a multitude of his scientific perceptions belong to his own overbearing attempts and efforts through performing his personal studies and researches. Nowadays, the party's followers whose master and guidance was Pilgrim Muhammad Karim-Khan Kermani, are continuing their social and scientific life all around the world. The book, The Moments of Remedy was written in the Arabic language, and translated by Issa Ziya Ebrahimi into Persian, and printed and published by Ardeha Safir Publication in two volumes in 1395 HS year (Solar year).

Hajj Mirza Mohammad Karim Khan Kermani (1810 - 1873), was a Shia scholar, a self-appointed leader of the Shaykhi community after the death of his mentor, Sayyid Kazim Rashti, who was the appointed successor to Shaykh Ahmad al-Ahsaʼi. Kermani dedicated himself to the promotion of the teachings of Shaykh Ahmad and Sayyid Kazim. The opinions Kermani expressed became the subject of controversy among his supporters and opponents alike. Although he claimed to be nothing except an expositor of the teachings of Shaykh Ahmad and Sayyid Kazim, Kermani has to be considered an original thinker in his own right. A particularly controversial doctrine developed by Kermani is the doctrine of the Fourth Pillar (al-Rukn al-Rābiʿ), pertaining to the need of the Shiʼi community at any given time for the existence of at least one especially enlightened cognizant within their midst.
