It is not possible to compose and write about a wrestling without taking advantage of other sciences; it is obvious that only writing this brief text cannot reach its specialized and complex concepts, and that scholars from different scientific fields need to evaluate and investigate it at various levels due to his attitude to demonstrate the right of expression. In order to write the content of this sport, it requires an investigatory movement, which should be applied by the experts, to provide a ground for the enthusiasts with complete integrity after collecting their opinions and criticisms. This book is the result of years of experience, knowledge, and study as a wrestler and coach beside the mat, which is dedicated to newcomers, wrestlers, referees, coaches, and the athletic community. To be sure, the possibilities for practicing this sport in different dimensions in the national level and around the world were not the same for the general public, and the education hangs not in the balance; I taught that by composing this book, I take my responsibility for the sport of the wrestling, and for those who have remembered me to this sport. It is hoped that its study will be useful and effective for the wrestling athletes, provide many ways for the wrestling to answer many questions in this ground, help the referees of the wrestling gain a better view of judging, prepare a way for the coaches to grow their students' talents, and add the treasure of knowledge and information of the enthusiasts for this sport, and be a guide to those who want to serve their community by working in this sport.

A Biography of Abdul-Karim Iran-Nejad He was born in 1949 in Khorramabad. He studied elementary and high school in Shah Abbas, Shapur, and Amirkabir schools, and after completing his undergraduate education, he has served during thirty-year period with having some responsibilities include: Industrial health, oral health, mental health, non-epidemic diseases, communicable diseases, and nursing services provided valuable services to his community. Iran-Nejad had a keen interest in wrestling during his young period, under the supervision of the deceased professor Ahmad Rezai, a founder of the sport of Wrestling in a new method in Khorramabad - Learned the Freestyle and Greco-Roman Wrestling's techniques. In weights of (48, 52, 57, 63, and 69) Kg among youth, students, college students, and ringmasters of the country during several years, he gained the first and third places in a country's level, and achieved the world fourth place in Hungary. After spending academic periods of preceptorship, under the supervision and the auspices of the National Wrestling Federation and the National Olympic Committee, he has also done remarkable work in coaching youth and wrestlers in Khorramabad. Surely, reading this valuable book can have a positive and effective role in the scientific attitude and scientific function of those interested in wrestling sport in our country. Preparing various theoretical, practical, and scientific topics needed for wrestling training such as applying techniques, nutrition, safety and health's principles, psychology, arbitration's rules, and etc. In this volume, it is a very laborious, burdensome, and risky task that only love the wrestling and the promotion of health and social vitality, he has been able to remove all the disappointing obstacles, difficulties, and hardships from the author's path, and tried his best to disseminate and promote it.
