The book that is in front of you, deals with damask rose flower, the national flower of the Iranian people. Most people know damask rose for its aesthetics and sweetness and are less familiar with its chemical compounds and therapeutic impacts. In this series, after introducing damask rose, it has been tried to pay more attention on its derivatives, chemical compounds, and therapeutic effects in the researches of the contemporary ancestors and scientists. It is hoped that the exact explanation is declared about this national heritage and the country of Iran as the origin of damask rose, and will provide a new perspective on damask rose and its derivatives, and will be able to help the interested students, teachers, and researchers in order to develop and expand new ideas and researches, and also, will add the scientific knowledge of this plant day by day.
