Maribandari referred to the title of this book before publishing the book in an interview with Mansour Zabetian, which was published in the weekly supplement of the New Hayat newspaper.
In the winter of the year, along with Mr. Mohammad Zahra'i (the publisher of the book and the director of the Kārmana Publishing House), Daribandari and Rastkar appeared in one of the episodes of the program of life, with the performance of Bijan Birang, and explained the book.
Najaf Darebandari became acquainted with cooking during the prison period, and after his release, according to the adventurous tastes (the adventurous taste is a phrase used by the righteous), he and his cooking partner became one of his hobbies. The story of the idea of writing a cookbook goes back to many years; on the night when Zahraee was in the absence of the right-footed guest of the guest house, the first idea of the writing of the book was formed when dining with Mexican food and drink.
