The events of Ashura have been considered in various ways during the history of Islam and have led to questions that one of the most fundamental of them is the amount of coherence and historical data of the event. The present study, by criticizing and reviewing the related sources, sought to answer it and tried to find a way forward for researchers and researchers in Ashura.
