This book recounts the funny stories of two tribes who live in a weird city. These people are butterfingered and always make wrong things. Their main food is sprat fish and their job is making finger bowls. The aim of this book is to teach children about the Caspian Sea, and the fish species which are going to extinct (like sprat fish). Now the city is out of water, clean air and sprat fish. So, the two tribes decide to make peace and ask an advisor how to save the city. Unfortunately, nothing works and the situation gets even worse.
