Professor Asadollah Shariat Panahi, who graduated from Tehran University, has successfully passed the applied workshop examination given by professors such as Houshang Seyhoun, Ali Mohammad Heydarian, and Ismail Ashtiani. Furthermore, he had the honor of being the student of Master Sadr, Professor Vaziri Moghaddam, and Professor Javad Hamidi, who are the pioneers of Iranian visual arts. He was busy teaching painting at the University until 1981 and entered his special era from the year 2002 till 2013. He is currently retired and lives in Semnan. Master Shariat Panahi believes: "Art not linked to the people and their hearts will not be sustained".

In a transient analysis of these works, one can first observe the adherence of the artist to the traditions of Iranian painting. The application of flat colors that delivers the levels in a pleasant manner: this means the declaration of identity! Abstraction forms are placed in the most beautiful form possible, namely, a meaningful connection between the concept of modernism and being Iranian, not just being traditional! It should be noted that Master Shari’at-Panahi's has been able to exhibit an abstract form of the ancient society so that the viewer easily achieves the deep understanding and comprehension of all the creative visual elements of the artist; attractive visual forms that bring the viewer to the depths of his country's culture and art. The lines and curves in his works illustrate the intertwined people in the social space. Creating a new style in design is not due to the commingling elements of tradition and modernity, but in fact, this new style and creation of this space is a subsidiary and tool for him to portray his intellectual framework
