Each volume of the 8-volume set of ‘1, 2, 3, Three Stories’ consists of three imaginative stories for children, with beautifully related illustrations. In addition to making children more aware of their natural environment and teaching them social relations inexplicitly, these stories are highly entertaining.
Shokooh Ghasemnia was born in 1955. She is an Iranian significant little children’s writer and poet. Being a managing editor, Ghasemnia has worked with many children and young adults’ journals.
She wrote more than 200 stories and poems, most of them for early readers. Her works have won numerous national awards, including the best book of the year for ‘The Little Hely in the Giants’ Land’ and ‘How Nice Golak Is’.
Her ‘How Nice Golak Is’ has been translated into Japanese. Some of her other works have also been translated into other languages, namely into Turkish.
